IS THERE ANY PROBLEM?

Do not worry! Everything has a solution. You just must follow some steps that we explain below.

REMEMBER!

Once you have received the order, you have seven (7) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to change or return the items you want. It is imperative that both the product and the packaging maintain their original status at the time of shipment. Modifications or alterations in the original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc. will not be accepted. For this reason, you must use new additional packaging. We will not accept returns of products damaged or used by the customer. WE ARE CHAW, S.L. accepts changes and refunds for problems of size or color, as well as in the case of defective products. Due to hygiene reasons, some items may not be refundable (unless they are defective).

Our policy of changes and returns obliges us to authorize any exchange or refund.

Please, send us an e-mail to the address info@wearechaw.com, telling us your problem. All information is good, so if you can attach any photograph that helps us identify the problem would be helpful.

Once we have the alert, we will reply within 3 business days, indicating a return number to include it in the following form and send it to the following address Replaceta de la fregassa, 8, 2nd Floor – 03202 Elche (Alicante).

TARE OR DEFECT

If it is a tare or defect WE ARE CHAW, S.L. will take care of any expense that involves sending to our offices, in addition to reimbursing the amount of the purchase, in case you do not want the item.

In case you want to continue enjoying your article, please indicate it in the form and we will send it back to the address you indicated at the time of purchase.

(In case of not having stock, the total amount of the operation will be paid).

SIZE CHANGE

In the cases in which the article does not conform to those reflected in the initial order, WE ARE CHAW, S.L. will assume the shipping costs.

WE ARE CHAW, S.L. will not assume any expenses derived or generated by wrong or misplaced addresses (both billing and shipping). If there is any error in the data provided by the customer, it is the duty of the same to assume the expenses that are generated or derived from the error.

RETURN

If it is an unjustified exchange or refund, you will have to pay for the postage. We will return the item to the address you indicated at the time of purchase.
