The delivery time in Spain is 72 hours. The shipping costs are free for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula of orders over 40 euros. If your purchase within the Iberian Peninsula does not reach 40 euros the cost of shipping will be 4.50 euros.

RETURN OR CHANGE OF ITEMS

Once you have received the order, you have seven (7) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to change or return the items you want. It is imperative that both the product and the packaging maintain their original status at the time of shipment. Modifications or alterations in the original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc. will not be accepted. For this reason, you must use new additional packaging. We will not accept returns of products damaged or used by the customer. WE ARE CHAW, S.L. accepts changes and refunds for problems of size or color, as well as in the case of defective products.
